3. Chest Strengthening

Place an exercise band, rope, strap or tie behind your back and hold it with both hands. While holding the straps, draw your shoulder blades together and gently lift your chin toward the ceiling. To advance the stretch, bring your hands closer together on the straps. Breathe in and out deeply for 10-15 seconds. Repeat 3-5 times.

4. Seated Twist

Sit upright in a chair with your knees together. Twist your torso to the right and place your left hand outside your right thigh. Look to your right, relax your shoulders, and gently press your right thigh. Breathe in and out deeply for 10-15 seconds. Repeat on the left side. Repeat 3-5 times on each side.

5. 90, 90 Shoulder Stretch

Standing in a doorway, raise your arm so that your elbow is at a 90-degree angle to him and your arm is at a 90-degree angle to your body at your shoulder. Place your hands on either side of the door jamb, step one foot forward, and stand upright with your neck in line with your spine. Bend forward while supporting yourself on the door frame. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds. Repeat 2-3 times.
